  • Serves as guardian of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions
  • Manages the affairs and business of Nicotine Anonymous
  • Serves as spokesperson in matters affecting Nicotine Anonymous as a whole
  • Supervises and guides Nicotine Anonymous outreach efforts
  • Supervises and prints Nicotine Anonymous publications
  • Consists of Acting Chairperson, Treasurer, and Secretary and their Elect and Emeritus counterparts
  • Has additional duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the bylaws.

The NAWS Board Meets 6 times each year:

July 20: 9 am - 2 pm US EST
October 5: 9 am - 2 pm US EST
January 18: 9 am - 2 pm US EST
February 22: 9 am - 11 am US EST
at the conference 2 Board Meetings will be held.
