the real healing occurs

• Intergroups
Local and state affiliations of groups, formed to provide meeting information, organize local activities such as retreats, to perform outreach activities,
and, sometimes, to host the annual World Service Conference.

• Conferences
World Service Conference, hosted annually by an Intergroup, this is the event where business, publication, and organizational changes are made
and where members from around the world meet to strengthen the fellowship.

• NAWSO
Nicotine Anonymous World Service Office. Formed gradually from 1986 to 1989, NAWSO officers and trusted servants guard the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions, publish the books and brochures that define the Program of Recovery, and tend to Nicotine Anonymous business affairs.
